The Carrington Family Story
We're the Carringtons - a family with a deep love for farming and cattle. For more than 20 years, we've been raising cattle privately, and in 2014 we established Half Pint Farm in Maryville, Tennessee to share that passion more openly. What began as selling beef to friends has grown into a farm built on community, connection, and care.
Our Animals & Approach
From the start, we've raised Black Angus and Angus cross cattle, and in recent years we've expanded our herd to include the beautiful and gentle Scottish Highlands. Along the way, we've discovered a joy not only in raising animals but also in sharing the farm with others through unique educational experiences.
Our Mission
Our hope is to share the love and respect we have for this life and these animals by offering unique experiences that bring people closer to the farm. At the heart of Half Pint Farm is a simple goal: to educate, connect, and preserve a way of life that feels rare in today's world but is worth protecting for generations to come.
